Webmaster

  • Redesigned the Pocono Photo Club website - improved navigation, created a consistent look and feel, improved usability across desktop and mobile platforms.

  • Created guides for new members to learn about functions of the website.

  • New website earned several awards from the Photographic Society of America including 1st place, 2nd place, and honorable mention. 

  • Improved SEO to maximize traffic to website. 

  • Optimize loading speeds.

Assistant Marketing Director

  • Designed compelling marketing campaigns for social media channels ensuring tone and accuracy for brand awareness. Maintained social posting calendar and communicated to departments/receptionists weekly.-

  • Established and grew social media accounts to over 80K on Facebook, 8K on Instagram, 3K on Twitter.

  • Sourced photos from internal archives, took photos when necessary, maintained internal asset databases, assisted in developing video concepts, and planned messages to accompany social posts.

  • Managed brand websites and SEO, growing annual unique visitors 52% to more than 620K per year.

  • Managed creative for $20K summer festival marketing program with 676K billboard impressions per week, 45K festival rack cards in 650+ locations, 40K segmented email subscriber list, 250+ radio spots.

  • Created collaboratively with 6 team members and 9 departments to create relevant content to support upcoming campaigns and overall branding strategy. Planned and designed campaigns weeks in advance with the ability to quickly pivot if messaging or goals changed. 

  • Monitored industry trends in social media to adopt new platforms and facilitate integration into marketing plans. Included early adopters of QR codes in the ski industry to create trackable touchpoints for guests to quickly access trail maps, event schedules, online ticket sales, and resort information.
